The Pilots edged No. 10 seed Texas Wesleyan University, 70-66. The Rams end their season with a 20-10 record. LSUS prepares for “The Dance,” beginning March 19 in Kansas City, Mo. Team matchups will be announced next week.
WICHITA, Kan. (March 13, 2026) – No. 14 Texas A&M University – Texarkana ended its 2026 season with an 84-62 loss to No. 3 Ave Maria (Fla.). The Eagles end their season with an overall record of 20-11, while Ave Maria advances to the Wichita Bracket Championship game (second round) to play No. 6 Friends (Kan.) on March at 5 p.m. The champion will advance to the 88th Annual Men’s Basketball National Championship from March 19-24 in Kansas City, Mo.

RRAC's LSU Shreveport moves to second round of NAIA Men's Basketball Tournament after win over Tougaloo
SHREVEPORT, La. (March 13, 2026) – No. 2 LSU Shreveport triumphed over No. 15 Tougaloo College (Miss.) 94-88 in the NAIA Men’s Basketball Championship Tournament. Tougaloo ends its season with a 19-10 record, while the Pilots improve to 25-3. LSUS will play No. 10 Texas Wesleyan in the Shreveport Bracket Championship game (second round) on March 14 at 5 p.m. The champion will advance to the 88th Annual Men’s Basketball National Championship, March 19-24, in Kansas City, Mo.
RRAC's LSUA falls to Eastern Oregon in the first round of the NAIA Men's Basketball Tournament
LANGSTON, Okla. (March 13, 2026) – No. 5 LSU Alexandria fell to No. 12 Eastern Oregon, 89-78, in the NAIA Men’s Basketball Championship Tournament. The Generals ended their 2026 season with a 23-9 record. Eastern Oregon advances to the Langston Bracket Championship (second round) to face Langston (Okla.) on March 14 at 6 p.m. The winner will reach the 88th Annual Men’s Basketball National Championship, which starts March 19 at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo.

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (March 13, 2026) – No. 17 Xavier University of Louisiana fell 88-87 to No. 5 William-Carey University (Miss.) in the NAIA Men’s Basketball Championship Tournament first round. The Gold Rush finished 20-11, while the Crusaders advance to the Williamsburg Bracket Championship (second round) on March 14.

WACO, Texas (March 11, 2026) – The RRAC proudly congratulates the men’s basketball teams that have punched their ticket to the opening rounds of the 2026 NAIA Men’s Basketball National Tournament. ALEXANDRIA, La. (Feb. 28, 2026) – LSU Alexandria secured a 77-73 win over Xavier (La.) with balanced scoring and strong rebounding in the first RRAC Men’s Basketball Tournament semifinal game. LSU Shreveport defeated Texas A&M-Texarkana 71-53 in the second semifinal. Both teams will advance to the championships at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, at Laborde Earles Coliseum in Alexandria, La.
