First NAIA Men's Tennis Coaches' Top 25 Poll features RRAC teams

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Feb. 12, 2026) – Three RRAC members have received recognition in the first NAIA Men's Tennis Coaches' Poll of 2026 that was released on Feb. 11.

Xavier (La.) claimed the ninth spot, the same spot the Gold Rush garnered in the preseason poll, and Our Lady of the Lake (Texas) held on to the 11th rank. The Gold Rush received 219 votes, while the Saints tallied 196. Texas A&M-Texarkana received 16 votes in the poll.

The next NAIA poll will be released on Feb. 25.

POLL METHODOLOGY

• The national poll is for publicity purposes only and does not influence the selection process for national championship consideration.
• A panel of head coaches representing each conference and the Continental Athletic Conference (Independents) votes in the poll.
• The Top 25 teams are selected using a points-based system:
• • 30 points for a 1st-place vote, 29 for 2nd, 28 for 3rd, and so on.
• The highest and lowest rankings received by each team are discarded before final tallying.
• Teams receiving only one point are not listed as "receiving votes."
• For the Preseason Poll, there is no "previous ranking" column since it is the initial poll and differs from the prior rating system.  

The Saints are ranked 10th and XULA follows at 11th in the ITA NAIA Men's Poll that was released today (Feb. 12). 

The next ITA men's tennis team poll is slated for Feb. 25.

Individual ITA NAIA Rankings, listed below, were released on Nov. 13, and the next individual listing will be available on March 12.
