A&M-Victoria's Sirisawat, Boonsrirat recognized with RRAC Golfer of the Week awards

WACO, Texas – Philasinee Sirisawat of Texas A&M University-Victoria was named RRAC Women's Golfer of the Week for Sept. 29-Oct. 5, while A&M-Victoria's Lucky Boonsrirat took home the RRAC Men's Golfer of the Week honor for the same dates.

Sirisawat tied for 15th place at the Jackson College (Texas) Invitational. The freshman from Bangkok, Thailand, shot rounds of 82 and 87 on the par-71 course in a field of 36 competitors.

Boonsrirat tied for 16th in the men's field of 68 at Jacksonville College. The New Braunfels, Texas, native displayed poise after finishing six-over in the first round while completing rounds of 73 and 71 to close the three-round tournament.
